The list is mostly in order of my preference/fondness of the show The 90's were a golden age of cartoons, here are the 20 best. This Disney smash followed Drake Ballard and his alter-ego, Darkwing Duck. Darkwing and his adopted daughter, Gosalyn Mallard.
